Dr Nick Jackson

PCN Clinical Director and GP Lead Beech Tree Surgery

Dr Nick Jackson was born and brought up in North Yorkshire; he has been a full time GP at Beech Tree Surgery since 1998. He has interests in diabetes and minor surgery as well as teaching medical students and junior doctors. As Clinical Director, he helps to oversee the priorities of the PCN and represents the interests of the Selby locality in the wider Vale of York.

Dr Ruth Walker

GP Lead Scott Road Medical Practice

Dr Ruth Walker has worked at Scott Road Medical Centre in Selby since 2004. She is also on the Governing body of Vale of York CCG representing the South Locality. Her interests include mental health, population health and health inequalities. She is currently working on several projects for the PCN which include embedding Wellbeing Link Workers in each practice, setting up a new Dementia Care Coordinator role and working with our mental health provider to improve the care of people with mental health problems.

Dr Richard Stockley

GP Lead Posterngate Surgery

Dr Richard Stockley was born and brought up in York and qualified at Leicester University in 1995. After spending time working in Australia he returned to complete his GP training in Nottingham and has been working at Posterngate Surgery since 2002. His interests include diabetes, frailty, minor surgery and teaches medical students.

Richard Gregory

PCN Support

Richard was born in West Yorkshire, spent most of working life working in North Yorkshire yet lives in South Yorkshire. He retired from Practice Management after 23 years in March 2019 and now provides management support to Selby Town PCN on a part time basis helping across all areas of activity. Richard likes to keep fit & healthy by going to the gym, running and fell walking.
